We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), payment information processed securely through Stripe, and usage data such as pages visited and features accessed within the portal.
We use your information to provide and improve the Members Portal, process subscription payments, send service-related communications (account confirmations, question responses, and product updates), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. Fed Options does not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your membership (receipts, account notices, question responses). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication through Clerk, and access controls to protect your personal information.
The portal uses Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data they collect.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at ben@fedoptions.co. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
