By creating an account and subscribing to the Fed Options Members Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the portal. These terms apply to all subscribers, including individual advisors and those accessing through a firm relationship.
The Members Portal is intended for licensed financial professionals, insurance agents, and benefits consultants. By subscribing, you represent that you hold all licenses required to practice in your jurisdiction and that you will use portal content only in a professional capacity.
Memberships are billed monthly ($99/month) or annually ($999/year). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at ben@fedoptions.co. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Existing Fed Options clients who receive a complimentary first year will be notified before any charges begin.
All content in the Members Portal — including articles, calculators, HR letter templates, white papers, and video courses — is for informational purposes only. Content is provided to assist licensed professionals in serving their clients and does not constitute investment, tax, legal, or benefits advice. You are responsible for independently verifying all information before relying on it in a client engagement.
You may use portal content to support your professional practice, share templates with clients on their behalf, and reference materials in client presentations. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, or sublicense portal content to third parties, publish portal content publicly without attribution, or use content in a manner that implies endorsement by OPM or any federal agency.
All content in the Members Portal is owned by Fed Options or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any portal content. HR letter templates are provided for your professional use and may be customized for client communications.
Fed Options and the Members Portal are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the Thrift Savings Plan, or any federal agency. Federal benefit rules referenced in portal content are based on publicly available law and regulation and may not reflect the most current guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fed Options shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that is harmful to other members or to Fed Options. You may terminate your subscription at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
